Artist Statement
I was inspired to create this two piece when I sat back and began to think of life , think of the bond I shared with my mom, and also the genres of music we have in today’s music world , how confusing some can actually be and how inspiring some can be also, so I felt surrealism will be the best way for me to express my ideas , knowing fully well how I want them to be expressed , I wish to let people value love for there parents again and also choose there choices of music wisely , knowing how instrumental music can be in today’s world

My name is Chileuwa Chiemela Chinahu, born on the 10th of February 1996 , I am 28years old. I hail from Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia state, Nigeria. am a resident of Sagamu, Ogun state, Nigeria. I belong to a music band made up of 3 of my siblings and myself , known as SOUL RESOUND.I am also a 3rd degree black belt holder In Taekwondo
I am a realistic and a surrealistic artist , I explore mediums like pastel, graphite ,charcoal,oil, and acrylic to convey my message and express my emotions
I’ve been privileged to have two of my artworks featured in the Nigerian prestigious TV station, Channels TV art house show
My works are based on reality of of our emotional struggles etc. They are basically categorized into 4 major series; The musical series , Emotional Series ( sad ,happy and love emotions) , animal series and lastly humans and their profession
