Artist Statement

Without the ability to actualize an idea or concept, art would not exist. My work is a constant search for the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about the daily life in Nigeria. Designing and planning on what I want to achieve comes in various ways either by a 'spark' of inspiration, from what I have observed from another influence.

My work was done primarily using hand embroidery techniques, I produce with 'a needle and thread', as my preferred tools. I do not limit myself to one medium, style, or concept.
